Service 05 — our most advanced work
Custom AI Agents & Workflow Automation
We analyse how your business actually works, identify where AI can create measurable value, and build custom agents and automations around those opportunities — so the repetitive parts of the day stop needing a person.
What it smooths out
Where an agent takes weight off the workspace.
Most teams lose hours a week to work that is necessary but mindless. That is exactly what an agent is good at, and exactly where the value shows up first.
The work nobody wants
Copying data between systems, re-keying the same details into three tools, chasing a status nobody updated. An agent does this continuously and does not get bored or forget.
Answers, without the hunt
An internal knowledge assistant reads your documents, policies and past work, so a question that used to mean interrupting someone gets answered in seconds.
Processes that run themselves
Multi-step jobs — intake, checks, approval, follow-up — run end to end, pausing only where a person genuinely needs to decide something.
Fewer things falling through
Follow-ups, reminders and handoffs happen because the system does them, not because someone remembered on a busy day.
Reporting that is just there
Routine reports are assembled and delivered on schedule, from live data, in the format the person reading them actually wants.
A workspace that stays tidy
Files named consistently, records kept current, tasks routed to the right owner. Small things, done every time, that make a team feel less cluttered.
How the work runs
Assessment first. Build second.
- 01
Workflow analysis
We map how the work actually happens today — not how the process document says it happens.
- 02
AI opportunity assessment
We identify where an agent would create measurable value, and say plainly where it would not.
- 03
Agent design
Scope, tool access, guardrails, escalation path, and the checkpoints where a person stays in control.
- 04
Development & integration
We build the agent and connect it to the systems you already run on.
- 05
Ongoing optimization
We watch how it behaves in production, correct what it gets wrong, and extend it where it earns its keep.
This service sits above our more standardised website, app and front-desk work. If you are earlier in the journey, a website or an AI-powered front desk is usually the better first step.
Common questions
AI agents, without the hand-waving.
What is a custom AI agent?
A custom AI agent is software that carries out a defined business task on its own — retrieving information, using your tools, and completing multi-step work — within limits you set, with a person accountable for the result.
How is an AI agent different from a chatbot?
A chatbot answers questions. An agent takes action: it can read from and write to your systems, complete a multi-step process, and escalate to a person when something falls outside its scope.
Will an AI agent replace my staff?
That is not how we scope this work. Agents are aimed at repetitive, low-judgement tasks so that people spend their time on the parts that need judgement. Every agent we build has defined limits and an escalation path to a human.
How do you decide what should be automated?
We start with a workflow analysis and an honest opportunity assessment. Some processes are worth automating, some should stay human, and some are not ready. We tell you which is which before anything gets built.
Can an AI agent connect to the systems we already use?
Yes. Integration with existing business systems is a core part of the work — an agent that cannot reach your real data and tools is a demo, not a system.
How do we know the agent is doing the right thing?
Logging, evaluation and review checkpoints are built in from the start rather than added afterwards, so its behaviour stays visible and correctable once it is in real use.
